Wedding Colours!

Colours! Colours! Colours! How important to your final décor is colour? Well colour is the link between décor, wedding attire, favours, food, drinks, and cake. Honestly your first decision should be to make sure you pick your main colour pallet for your wedding. Whether it is one colour in different shades or two or more colours put together in an ensemble. I find that every season has its own colour pallet and that changes depending on what’s in that year. Take a look below to see the next four seasons colour pallets for this year and next!

As important color is in the complete concept of a wedding, its important to make sure how many colors you incorporate in your wedding and how they flow. Too many colors can make your wedding look too busy so try to make sure you don’t go that route unless your theme requires it! Besides remember that if your wedding décor looks busy, it’ll take attention off of you and onto your décor! Trust me you don’t want that! Try keeping your color pallet colors between one and three hues. Take a look below at the different color ensembles, used with examples of how they have been incorporated in a wedding setting.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

  1. Hey SNG! I’m newly engaged and I have a lot of things to sort out before my big day. My fiancé and I are getting married in the late summer/early fall of 2014. We are both still quite young and paying the bill for our wedding is going to be tough. Do you think you could give me some tips on how to keep costs low? Thanks a lot! 🙂
